Your Representative (Dispute Resolution) and Umpire Services

When a claim cannot be resolved through normal adjusting, Canadian insurance law provides for Dispute Resolution under Section 519 of the Insurance Act. This process requires both you and your Insurer to appoint independent Representatives, and an Umpire if needed.

Representative (Dispute Resolution)

We act as your Representative, protecting your rights and ensuring your position is fully presented

If we are already acting as your Public Adjuster, then our commission-based structure means we do not charge hourly fees, even when assuming this role

We collaborate with your engineers, accountants, and other experts to present a complete and accurate claim

Umpire Services (Dispute Resolution)

We uphold the highest standards of impartiality and professionalism when appointed to act as Umpire, ensuring all matters are considered on their merits
