Your Representative (Dispute Resolution) and Umpire Services

When a claim cannot be resolved through normal adjusting, Canadian insurance law provides for Dispute Resolution under Section 519 of the Insurance Act. This process requires both you and your Insurer to appoint independent Representatives, and an Umpire if needed. Hansen Adjusting Solutions has the experience and credibility to guide you through this process with fairness, clarity, and transparency.
